Takehito Koyasu was born on May 5, 1967, in Yokohama and is now 58 years old.
As a junior high student, he became fascinated with voice acting after seeing a scene in the film Adieu Galaxy Express 999, which led him to pursue “three-dimensional acting.”
After finishing high school, he enrolled in a professional voice-acting training school, making his official debut in 1988 with Wowser.
