Meghna Naidu was born on September 19, 1980, in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. She grew up in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with her parents, Mr. Ethiraj Naidu, a former Air India employee and tennis coach, and Mrs. Purnima Naidu, a school teacher.
