His father, Jean-Pierre Rassam, was a Franco-Lebanese producer and his mother, Carole Bouquet, an acclaimed French actress.

He co-founded On Entertainment in 2014 alongside Aton Soumache; the company joined the Mediawan group in 2018.

In 2020, he partnered with Pathé on a €72 million production of The Three Musketeers (2023), one of Europe’s largest shoots.
