Igor Panić was born on August 10, 1996, in Smederevo, Serbia, then part of FR Yugoslavia, to parents whose names are unknown. Raised alongside his brother Marko. Nucci attended Jovan Serija Popović primary school in Smederevo and later graduated from Četvrta Beogradska Gimnazija in Belgrade.
