Seine-Saint-Denis, France, and spent much of her childhood in La Courneuve before her family relocated to Brunoy, Essonne.

She grew up in a family of four children, with two sisters and a younger brother, under the care of her father, Badra Zarzis, a Tunisian singer and multi-instrumentalist, and her mother, Remco Zirkzee, a caregiver.
