Aby’s volleyball journey began at Don Antonio de Zuzuarregui Sr. Memorial Academy. At DLSU, she joined the Lady Spikers (2009–2014), captaining the team from 2012 to 2014 and leading them to three UAAP championships (Seasons 74, 75, 78).

She turned pro in 2014, drafted second overall by AirAsia Flying Spikers in the Philippine Super Liga (PSL). She played for Meralco Power Spikers (2014–2015), Petron Blaze Spikers (2015), and Foton Tornadoes (2016) as a guest player in the Asian Club Championship.

With F2 Logistics Cargo Movers (2016–2023), she won the 2017 PSL Grand Prix Conference. After F2 disbanded, she joined Chery Tiggo Crossovers in 2024 and played in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL).

Aby captained the Philippine National Women’s Volleyball Team from 2018 to 2023, competing at the 2018 Asian Games and earning bronze at the 2019 ASEAN Grand Prix.
