She turned pro, playing for teams like the Philippine Army Lady Troopers (2011–2016), where she won the Shakey’s V-League Season 10 SOS Clear Skin award and Season 11 championship.

She captained PLDT HOME TVolution in the 2014 Asian Women’s Club Volleyball Championship and played for Petron Blaze Spikers (2015) and Cignal HD Spikers (2016–2023), serving as PSL brand ambassador from 2018 to 2019. In 2021, Cignal moved to the Premier Volleyball League (PVL).

After a year-long hiatus in 2023, during which she attended a coaching camp in the USA and opened a bakery in Spain, Rachel returned to PVL with Farm Fresh Foxies in 2024, delivering a 19-point performance in the 2024–2025 PVL All-Filipino Conference.
