Charlotte Emma Aitchison, widely known as Charli XCX, is a genre-defying pop artist whose bold vision and inventive sound have made her a standout figure in modern music.

Her support of Charli’s career was both emotional and practical: she helped fund 14 and regularly attended her daughter’s underground performances despite feeling out of place.

Jon Aitchison

Charli’s father, Jon Aitchison, is a Scottish entrepreneur and former show-booker at a local music venue in Hertfordshire. Described by Charli as eccentric and creatively driven, Jon’s background in live music gave him early insight into the industry.
