Jarret Stoll was born on June 24, 1982, in Melville, Saskatchewan, Canada, to Tim and Sherri Stoll.

He grew up in a hockey-loving family with two siblings: an older brother, Kelly Stoll, and a younger sister, Ashley Stoll.
