But the joy lasted less than a week. Enter Kelsea Moyer, the Las Vegas-based model who quietly gave birth to Harden‘s son in late 2025. On January 3, Moyer unleashed a scorching Instagram Stories tirade, accusing the NBA icon of being a deadbeat father who’s “hiding our newborn from the world.”
“He’s out here playing happy family with the new one while ignoring the child he already has with me,” Moyer posted in a series of now-deleted slides. “Announcing ‘dad era’ like he’s father of the year, but won’t even post our son or help properly. Deadbeat energy.”
She continued: “My baby is almost [redacted] months old, and the world doesn’t even know he exists because James wants to control the narrative. Meanwhile, he’s all over IG with the next situation. Make it make sense.”
Moyer, who previously kept their relationship and pregnancy low-key, shared alleged screenshots of unanswered texts requesting support and FaceTime calls with their son. “He sees him when it’s convenient,” she claimed. “But real fathers show up every day.”
Harden has not responded publicly. His camp issued a brief statement to TMZ: “James is a private person handling family matters privately. He loves all his children and provides for them.” This isn’t Harden‘s first paternity headline.
He already has a 6-year-old son from a previous relationship and has been praised for co-parenting. Paije Speights remained silent amid the storm, though her recent posts radiate pregnancy bliss.
