Australian OnlyFans creator Annie Knight, 28, is recovering in hospital after completing a controversial and physically taxing challenge that reportedly involved sexual activity with 583 men over a six-hour period on Sunday, May 18.

Knight, who refers to herself as “Australia’s most sexually active woman,” was hospitalized two days later with complications including heavy bleeding and a minor internal injury. In an interview with Us Weekly, she revealed the ordeal left her in significant pain and uncertain about whether the symptoms stemmed from her known diagnosis of endometriosis or from the intense physical toll of the event.

I’m not doing very well. I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge,” Knight said. “It was definitely a bit raw down there, and I did get a small cut.”

The event, which took place at a swingers club, saw 2,000 men sign up, though only 583 ultimately participated. Knight originally aimed for 200. “Shockingly easy,” she said of the experience, which far surpassed her previous personal record of 24 men in a single day. Knight funded the $10,000 event herself, covering venue rental, security, and filming. Footage is expected to be monetized through her OnlyFans channel to recoup the investment.

Knight announced her hospitalization with a candid Instagram post on May 20, sharing a photo from her hospital bed with the caption, “I guess 583 guys in a day isn’t that good for your body.” She later added humor to her Instagram Story, saying, “Being hospitalized after taking 583 [men] in a day was not on my 2025 bingo card.”

The influencer, who has nearly 200,000 Instagram followers, said she felt “empowered” and “happy” to have reached her long-standing goal of sleeping with 1,000 men. Her fiancé, Henry Brayshaw, was reportedly supportive of the milestone and congratulated her.

But the stunt has drawn sharp criticism online. Commenters have called it “disturbing,” “exploitative,” and a dangerous example of pushing physical limits for internet fame. Others have raised concerns about the broader health implications and the pressures of monetized sexual performance.

Knight has responded to the backlash with a mix of defiance and humor. She emphasized that all participants wore condoms and pink balaclavas to maintain anonymity and that professional security was on site to ensure order. “I’ll definitely survive, but it’s quite painful and unpleasant at the moment,” she said.

Despite the health scare, Knight expressed no regrets and has already hinted at plans for future adult events. She also cited the stress of organizing the challenge while simultaneously closing on her dream home as contributing factors to her condition.
