Cash followed this work by directing Chapel of Rest in 2022, a supernatural short centered on a funeral home and a mysterious coffin. The film further established his interest in emotionally driven stories and darker subject matter.
His later work includes The Circle, released in 2025, a short drama about a group of addicts confronting their inner struggles. Cash directed and produced the film. He has also been developing the feature projects The Bodybuilder and The Ragged Doll.
