Early Life and Education
Isaac Amendoim was born on May 15, 2013, in Cana Verde, a small municipality in Minas Gerais, Brazil, and was raised in the countryside alongside his family.
His rural upbringing became a defining part of his identity because his parents regularly documented his everyday activities, giving audiences a glimpse into life on the family property.
His parents, Marcia Erica Freire and Adriano Duarte Ferreira, have been publicly identified as managing his social-media presence. His father is also listed as Isaac Duarte Ferreira‘s legal representative in a business record for Amendoim Produções, a company involved in film and advertising production.
Isaac’s ethnicity is Brazilian, and his identity is strongly connected to the rural culture of Minas Gerais. He grew up surrounded by farm animals and spent much of his childhood playing outdoors. His content features his favourite goat, Rita; his miniature pony, Coquinho; and his chicken, Pirulita. Reports also describe him caring for more than 80 chickens at the family property.
Isaac Amendoim is associated with Christianity. Accounts of his family life and public comments from people close to him also mention religion, although Isaac has not extensively discussed his personal religious practices in interviews.
His nickname “Amendoim” came from his grandmother, who gave it to him because he was very small as a child. The nickname eventually became the name millions of followers use and became closely tied to his public identity.
Education has remained an important part of Isaac’s childhood. Reports say he attended school in Cana Verde and spent his free time playing soccer and climbing trees.
He has also said that he prefers remaining in the countryside because he can play, care for his animals, and enjoy nature there. His formal school name, grade history, and academic results have not been publicly detailed.
Career
Isaac Amendoim began creating videos during childhood and initially used his mother’s cellphone to record himself.
One account of his early development says he secretly took the phone to make videos before eventually asking his older cousin Fael Alegria to record alongside him. One of their early videos reportedly reached 10,000 views, encouraging Isaac to continue creating content.
His public social-media career accelerated around 2020 and 2021. He became active on Instagram in February 2021, while another account places his first widely circulated video on December 5, 2020. His videos focused on the rural lifestyle, animals, jokes, family activities, and everyday life in Cana Verde.
His cousin, Fael Alegria, became an important collaborator in his early online years. Isaac’s videos featuring Fael and his farm animals attracted a large audience, while Gustavo Tubarão later helped introduce him to an even broader Brazilian audience. Gustavo’s connection to Isaac became an important turning point in the young creator’s rise.
The film was released in 2025, and Isaac’s performance as Chico Bento became his major acting breakthrough. The production was directed by Fernando Fraiha, and the cast included Taís Araújo, Débora Falabella, Luis Lobianco, Guga Coelho, Pedro Dantas, Anna Júlia Dias, and other young performers.
After his cinema debut, Isaac expanded into television. In Êta Mundo Melhor!, he played Picolé, a young character who becomes one of Candinho’s closest companions.
The role gave him his first major television-novela experience and placed him alongside actors such as Sergio Guizé, Luis Miranda, Rainer Cadete, and Jeniffer Nascimento.
