Mark Jake Johnson Weinberger (born 28 May 1978), renowned as Jake Johnson, is a well-known American actor and comedian in the Hollywood industry. He gained fame for his role as Nick Miller in the sitcom New Girl. He has acted in several important supporting roles in comedic movies. Paper Heart, 21 Jump Street, Get Him to the Greek, and Safety Not Guaranteed are a few of his well-known films. 

Jake Johnson has significant roles in the movies Drinking Buddies and Let’s Be Cops. He played the character of Lowery Cruthers in Colin Trevorrow‘s science fiction action movie Jurassic World from 2015. He also portrayed Tom Cruise‘s sidekick in The Mummy in 2017.

Early Life & Education

On May 28, 1978, in Evanston, Illinois, USA, Ken Weinberger became the father of Jake Johnson. He was given the name Jake in honor of his uncle, who died tragically young in a car accident the year before he was born. One of his uncles is named Mark Johnson.

Jake Johnson‘s mother, Eve Johnson, reared him and his siblings, Dan Johnson and Rachel Johnson. His father, Ken Weinberger, was a car trader, and his mother, Eve Johnson, was an artist. Sadly, his parents split up when he was still quite young. Later in life, he and his father established a close bond. He is of mixed heritage. His mother is of English, Irish, and Polish Catholic ancestry, while his father is an Ashkenazi Jew.
