He has originated roles in numerous new musicals including Floyd Collins, The Full Monty (also on London’s West End), Curtains (Outer Critics Circle nomination), Next to Normal, The Visit, Pretty Woman, and others.
His Off-Broadway credits include Floyd Collins, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, Dream True, Strike Up the Band, and Trojan Women. Regional highlights include The Highest Yellow (Helen Hayes Award) and Sunday in the Park With George (Jefferson nomination).
He has created, written, directed, and performed symphonic and cabaret shows such as Remembering Sondheim and Broadway Today! with the Boston Pops, as well as solo concerts like Road Trip with his band The Frontier Heroes.
