In 2005, he co-starred with Lea Thompson in the mystery series Jane Doe on the Hallmark Channel. He played Frank Darnell, the head of a covert government agency that recruited a suburban housewife and former spy to solve crimes.

He appeared in nine TV films of the series until 2008. He also had recurring roles on Cold Case as Hank Butler, a former cop and the main character’s father, from 2009 to 2010, and on CSI: Miami as Travis Drake, a corrupt businessman, in 2008.

He also guest-starred on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation as Jack Oakley, a murder suspect, in 2007 and on Threshold as Robert Sprague, a scientist, in 2005. His last acting role was in the 2016 film The Last Night Inn as Sam, a hotel owner.
