Josh Herdman was born on September 9, 1987, in Hampton, London, to actor and former professional rugby league player Martin Herdman and Jessica Herdman.
He is the youngest of four sons and grew up in a family with a strong sporting background, with his father and two of his brothers involved in boxing.
