Early life and education
Celia Keenan-Bolger was born on January 26, 1978, in Detroit, Michigan. She was brought up by Rory Bolger and Susan Keenan.
She is the eldest of three children born to Rory Bolger, an urban planner who worked for the City of Detroit, and Susan Keenan, a public-school teacher.
