Chandini Tamilarasan was born on August 12, 1992, in Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. She is the daughter of Tamilarasan and Padmanjali.
Her father is Tamil and her mother is Telugu, giving her a Tamil-Telugu family background. She has no siblings. She grew up in Nungambakkam, Chennai, and studied at Sacred Heart Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Church Park.
