Early Life And Education

Jasmine Cephas Jones, born in London, England, on July 21, 1989, is the daughter of American actor Ron Cephas Jones and British-born jazz singer Kim Lesley. 

When she was young, Jasmine and her family relocated to the United States and spent her childhood in Midwood, Brooklyn. There is no information about her siblings. 

She completed her education at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, Berklee College of Music, and Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre in 2011.
