Early Life and Education

Natina Reed was born on October 28, 1980, in Queens, New York City, before relocating with her family to Atlanta, Georgia, at the age of four. Natina was raised by her parents, Paul Reed, a reverend, and Tamara Goodridge.

She had two sisters, Niesha Reed and Genni Reed, and one brother, Michael Whalen. From an early age, she displayed a passion for music, writing, and performance, playing drums in her father’s church and writing poems and jingles.
