A subsequent police account reported that Tarun transferred another ₹5 lakh following threats, including ₹3 lakh to Venkat’s account and ₹2 lakh to an associate’s account.

Police said they verified the bank transactions before arresting Venkat, who was produced before a magistrate and remanded to judicial custody. These allegations are part of an ongoing criminal case and do not, by themselves, establish guilt.
