Her upbringing was shaped by the love and care of her parents, namely Lee Kyung Bae and Lee Da-Bin. In 2016, Yeonwoo took part in the popular reality survival show Finding Momoland, aired on Mnet. The purpose of the show was to search for talented individuals who would become members of Momoland, the new girl group formed by MLD Entertainment.
