 As he grew older, Kimbo pursued his education and attended Miami Palmetto Senior High School, where he undoubtedly made a lasting impact. Following his high school journey, he furthered his academic pursuits and successfully graduated from Bethune-Cookman University.


 After successfully transitioning to professional mixed martial arts in 2007, Slice joined the EliteXC promotion. Known for his explosive, striking, and intimidating presence, he quickly gained popularity among fans. His first fight against David Abbott ended in a knockout in the first round, further establishing his reputation as a strong and impressive competitor.

Slice’s ascent to stardom happened rapidly and was extremely impressive.
