Elisia Lyrisse C. Parmisano was born on April 18, 2009, in Orani, Bataan, Philippines. She was raised by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Parmisano, in the Philippines and grew up in a close family environment.
She is Filipino and is also related to Marcus Cabais, a member of the Filipino boy group HORI7ON, who is her cousin.
