Career

At about 13, the brothers began entering local music competitions in Southern California, earning money from their performances and gradually building an audience.
Their early sound centred on accordion-driven corridos, reflecting their Sinaloan family heritage and Southern California upbringing.
Gemelo JMC and his brother expanded their audience through YouTube performances and live shows across Southern California and Northwestern Mexico.
Their subsequent releases included Me Ven Delajado and Tu Sonrisa. At the same time, songs such as “Si Me Ven,” “Andamos Mejor,” and “No Le Aflojo” helped broaden their audience inside the modern corridos movement. The group’s career entered another important phase after signing to Rancho Humilde in 2022.
That period produced projects including Agradecido and Adolorido, Vol. 1, alongside songs that strengthened their position in the regional Mexican market. Juan Moisés also received individual songwriting and production credits on other artists’ recordings, establishing him as more than a vocalist.
Gemelo JMC became a credited composer, lyricist, and producer, contributing to recordings such as “Y Es Que Contigo,” “Andamos Mejor,” and “Por Nada Te Cambio.” His production work became increasingly visible in the group’s later releases, giving him a larger creative role in shaping their sound.
A breakthrough arrived in 2026 when Los Gemelos de Sinaloa appeared on “FERRARI,” a collaboration involving Clave Especial and Fuerza Regida. The song reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Regional Mexican Songs, entered the Top 10 of Hot Latin Songs, and reached the Billboard Hot 100, giving Gemelo JMC one of the biggest chart milestones of his career.
In September 2026, Gemelo JMC and Roberto launched a new chapter of their musical career after a three-year touring hiatus. The Gemeliza Album arrived on September 24, 2026, accompanied by plans for The Gemeliza Tour.
The brothers also entered a management arrangement involving Street Mob Records, marking a new stage in their professional development.
