Heidi Range (42 years old) was born on 23 May 1983 in Walton, Liverpool, to parents Paul Range and Karen Livingstone.

She grew up in the Aintree area of Liverpool in a semi-detached house.

Her parents divorced when she was young.

From about age three, she took dance classes.

Career

Heidi Range’s early career included auditioning for the group Scooch in 1997 (rejected for being too young).

Shortly after, she joined the original line-up of Atomic Kitten between 1998-1999, recording demo tracks, but left in 1999 before any commercial releases, opting instead for a solo deal offer.

In 2001, she joined Sugababes, replacing Siobhán Donaghy.

With Sugababes she contributed to a series of successful albums and singles; the group achieved six UK number-one singles and multiple chart-topping albums over the course of a decade, before the line-up at that time disbanded in 2011.
