Early Life and Education
Ed Gamble was born on 10 March 1986 in Hammersmith, London, to parents Anne, a nurse and NHS health visitor, and Andrew, a solicitor.
His parents separated when he was four years old, and he was raised primarily by his mother in southwest London areas including Wandsworth and Raynes Park.
He has a younger half-sister and a younger half-brother on his father’s side. He attended Highfield School and Nursery before going to King’s College School in Wimbledon.
He later studied philosophy at Hatfield College, Durham University, where he began performing comedy with the Durham Revue. He is of British origin and is Christian.

Ed Gamble began performing comedy at Durham University and became a finalist in the 2007 Chortle Student Comedy Awards.
