Early Life

Nana Kwame Bediako also addressed as Freedom Jacob Caesar (FJC) was born to the illustrious family of Bediako in Ghana. He came into the world on the 13th of February.

Though his father was wealthy, his mother was a poor woman who struggled to make ends meet. He spent his formative years in the commercial city of Kumasi.

Nana Kwame Bediako was introduced into the world of entrepreneurship after his father gave him and his brother money to
start a small business. While his brother bought his bread and eggs with his money, Nana decided to buy hens. Thus, he started a poultry business, where the hens were reared to produce eggs. Within a month, he was able to increase his production capacity to 200 eggs.

Having learned the rudiment skills needed to run a small business, he engaged in entrepreneurial activities while he was an undergraduate. He was so successful in his business dealings that he bought his first car at age sixteen.

Nana Kwame Bediako completed his elementary and secondary school education at Accra Academy and Apam Secondary School.

Career

After leaving the university, Nana Kwame Bediako founded a Telecommunications company in his early twenties. The company was named Global Telecommunications and Utilities (GTU) and amassed a lot of users within months. The business was based in the UK. He decided to sell the company to an investor for a sum of £ 410,000. Armed with his money, he migrated back to his fatherland to invest in the growing real estate sector.

Investing in a lot of properties in Ghana, he quickly amassed a lot of wealth and became one of the biggest players in the business. As a business magnate, he has investments in different sectors.

He is the Founder and President of Kwarleyz Group. The group is made up of subsidiaries as Wonda World Estates, Petronia City Construction, Belfast City and Property Management, and the New Africa Foundation.

He has developed about 500 residential building units in Accra. As the CEO of Petronia City Development, he is currently developing a 2,000-acre megacity in Ghana. He is the investor behind many upscale buildings in Ghana such as NO. 1 Oxford Street and Kwarleyz Apartments.

He is one of the board members of Sujimoto Construction, which is based in Nigeria. In his efforts to give back to society, he set up the New Life Foundation, where he serves as the Chairman of the organization.
