Early Life and Education

John Paintsil was born on June 15, 1981, in Berekum, a town in the Bono Region of Ghana.

He was raised by his parents, commonly referred to as Mr. and Mrs. Paintsil, in a devout Christian household. He has a brother named Mark Pantsil.
