Reham Khan was born on 3 April 1973 in Baffa, Pakistan. to her parents Saeeda Nayyar and Dr. Nayyar Ramzan. She grew up with two siblings, Salma Nayyar and Munir Khan Nayyar.

Reham is of Pakistani-British descent and follows the Islamic faith. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Jinnah College for Women in Peshawar, Pakistan, and went on to pursue postgraduate studies in journalism in the United Kingdom.
