Toni Storm was born on 19 October 1995 in Auckland, New Zealand, to parents referred to as Mr. and Mrs. Rossall. After her parents separated when she was four years old, she moved with her mother to the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia, where she was raised.

She developed an interest in professional wrestling at the age of ten after watching WWE on television.
