Manchester City has invested significantly in securing the talent of 14-year-old American prodigy Cavan Sullivan from the Philadelphia Union. The Premier League giants finalized the terms of the transfer, agreeing to pay approximately $2.1 million (£1.7 million) upfront for Sullivan, with additional bonuses potentially increasing the total fee to nearly $5 million. This move marks a substantial investment in a young talent who has yet to sign a professional contract.
