Early life and education
Eugene Mirman was born on July 24, 1974, in Moscow, Russia. His parents were Boris Mirman, a Latvian-Jewish civil engineer, and Marina Mirman, a Russian Jew.
His family immigrated to the United States when he was four years old and settled in Lexington, Massachusetts, where he attended William Diamond Middle School and Lexington High School. He has one sibling, Ilya Mirman.
