Joshua Harto was born on January 9, 1979, in Huntington, West Virginia, to Beverly Holley and Virgil Harto Jr. His mother, Beverly Holley, was from Palm Springs, Florida, while his father, Virgil “Smoke” Harto Jr., was from Columbus, Ohio.
