Justin Guarini was born on October 28, 1978, in Columbus, Georgia. He is the son of Eldrin Bell, a former Atlanta police chief, and Kathy Pepino Guarini, a former journalist and CNN anchor. He grew up in a large blended family and has 19 brothers and sisters.
