Naveen Polishetty was born on December 26, 1989, in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. He is the son of P. Rajkumar and Manjula Polishet, a former bank employee.
He completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering at the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (NIT), Bhopal, before working as an engineer in Pune and later in the United Kingdom.

Naveen Polishetty began his entertainment career in theatre before appearing in supporting roles in Life Is Beautiful, D for Dopidi, and 1: Nenokkadine.
