Green has had multiple marriages in his life. His first marriage was to Alison Ogilvie in 1991, who worked as an occupational therapist. Unfortunately, their marriage ended in divorce in 1999 after being together for eight years. 

After that, Green got married again in 2001 to Vanya Seager, a former Page 3 model. They had a son named Taylor Seager-Green in 2000. However, their marriage also ended in divorce, this time in 2013. 

Currently, Green is in a relationship with Zoila Brozas, who used to be a Sunday school teacher. They first met at the gym and have lived happily ever since 2016.

Taylor Robson Green is the son of Green and Vanya Seager-Green. He was born in 2000 and is currently a young adult. Green expresses immense pride in his son, considering him his closest companion.
