Alexandra Rapaport was born on 26 December 1971 in Bromma, Sweden, to parents Edmund Rapaport, a Polish Jewish statistician who fled to Sweden during World War II, and Ewa Rapaport, an architect. She has a brother named Tom Rapaport.
