Greenblatt then moved to Cartoon Network, where he worked as a writer and storyboard artist on The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy and Evil Con Carne, also providing the voice of the character Fred Fredburger. In 2007 he launched his first original series, Chowder, which he created and executive produced for Cartoon Network. He later created Harvey Beaks for Nickelodeon (2015–2017).
In more recent years Greenblatt has served as creator, developer, and executive producer of Jellystone!, a Hanna-Barbera reboot for HBO Max produced by Warner Bros. Animation.
