Anele Zondo was born in New Castle (KwaZulu Natal), South Africa on the 24th of September, 1994.

Her parents worked in the educational sector, her father, a principal, while her mother, a teacher.

Growing up, she worked as a receptionist, driver, delivery girl, and PA to Mazondo Food Services, a food service owned by her sister.

She also majored in media studies and holds a national diploma from Boston Media House Johannesburg.

Career

Anele Zondo ‘s first role was in the television series, It’s Complicated, which was followed up with a cameo appearance in Saints and Sinners, a Mzansi Magic Drama.

In 2018, she played Andile‘s girlfriend in The River. She acted alongside Lunga Mofekeng. Other roles kept coming in, they weren’t big roles, but she still performed very well.
