Belinda Meuldijk was created on January 7, 1955, in the populated city of Oostvoorne, Netherlands.

She is the daughter of Wim Meuldijk, a film producer, whose most significant work is creating a television show called Pipo de Clown, aired on Dutch television from 1958 to 1980.

Additionally, she portrayed the role of one of the three brides of Dracula in a BBC TV film titled Count Dracula in 1977. The film was directed by veteran Philip Saville and featured Louis Jourdan.

Later, Belinda Meuldijk continued her father’s legacy and was vital in producing a movie, titled Pipo en de p-p-Parelridder, released in 2003. She also assisted in creating a 2009 musical featuring Pipo, Pipo en de Gestolen Stem, writing the song’s lyrics.

From 1984 to 2005, she worked with a Dutch singer named Rob de Nijs, who coincidentally is her husband for whom she wrote a couple of songs, including the 1996 hit song titled Banger Hart.
