Diana Bovio was born on February 28, 1989, in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bovio.
She has an older sister, Marcela Bovio, a Mexican singer and vocalist who became known internationally through the progressive metal band Stream of Passion.
Diana occasionally performed alongside her sister, including providing backing vocals at some of Stream of Passion’s live shows.
Bovio developed an interest in acting from an early age. However, she initially completed a degree in graphic design, partly to satisfy her parents before pursuing acting professionally.
While studying design, she continued participating in theatre productions, maintaining her interest in performance.
