Wee Pat Ling, also famously known as Huang Biren, was born to Chinese-Singaporean parents on March 7th, 1969. Despite being named Ling by her parents, she adopted her stage name when she entered the entertainment industry.
She is the second child in her family, with an older sister and a younger brother whose names have yet to be confirmed. Since a young age, Huang Biren has always dreamt of becoming an actress. However, her parents did not support her aspirations, and she faced a difficult decision.
