Joy Rieger was born on March 3, 1994, in Herzliya, Israel. She was raised by Ilan Steve Rieger and Evelyn Scheiner-Rieger, whose families immigrated from Belgium. Her ethnicity is Belgian-Israeli, and she grew up having three siblings.
