Laura Perico was born on September 29, 1989, in Bogotá, Colombia. She’s the daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Quintero. She is of Italian descent and began working as an actress while still a child.
Her professional acting career began unusually early. In 2003, she appeared in the Colombian television series Francisco el Matemático, playing Danae “La Mutante”.
She subsequently appeared in Padres e Hijos and Juego limpio, establishing herself as a young television performer.

In 2009, she appeared in El penúltimo beso as Clara de Luna Izquierdo Preciado. The following year she played Leticia de Bedout in Rosario Tijeras and Natalia Ferrer Antonelli in El clon.
