Sara Gurpal was born on November 19, 1991, in Ratia, Fatehabad, Haryana, India.
She was raised by Bhir Singh and Satish Kumari and grew up alongside one brother and one sister. She is Indian by ethnicity and follows Sikhism.
Sara studied science in school before earning a B.Sc. in Fashion Designing from Northern India Institute of Fashion Technology (NIIFT), Mohali.
Career
Sara Gurpal began her entertainment journey through modelling and won the Miss Chandigarh title in 2012.
During her college years, she participated in theatre, which helped lead her toward modelling and music videos. Her appearance in Ranjit Bawa’s Jean brought wider attention in Punjabi entertainment.
She later entered films, making her acting debut in Manje Bistre, followed by Dangar Doctor Jelly and other Punjabi productions. Her television work expanded through Mrs & Mr Kohli and Bigg Boss 14.
