 Victoria Koblenko, a Ukrainian native, came to the world in Vinnytsia on December 19, 1980. As fate would have it, she was raised as an only child. However, when she reached 12, her family decided to uproot their lives and relocate to the Netherlands. It was there that Victoria embarked on her educational journey at Krimpenerwaard College from 1993 to 1999.
