Early Life And Education

Taylor Meier and Evan Westfall, childhood friends who met at a middle school summer program, founded the band. Meier and Westfall graduated from Upper Arlington High School in 2012. Taylor began performing in Athens coffee shops in 2013 while attending Ohio University. Bassist Matt Vinson and keyboardist Joseph Kavalec were later added.
