Born Jibola Toriola Jasper but became industry household name to reckon on with Jhybo (Rap Woli) is a Nigerian rapper, singer, and songwriter.

Jhybo, born January 21, 1989, in Lagos spends most of his time in the same State. He infuses his local dialect Yoruba in his song-making.

He is an indigene of Ogun State, Nigeria.

Jhybo is one of Nigerian’s most entertaining indigenous musicians. A proficient and deep rapper with a superb humorousness is often referenced in his writings.

Jhybo had his Primary school education in Holy Cross Primary School but completed his secondary school training in Boys Academy.

Musical Career

Jhybo discovered himself as a musician at the age of 10 years old; a very tender age, he was a young talent in the street of Lagos who was good at rapping and singing employing the use of local dialect Yoruba with a mixture of English.

Shortly after releasing the hit single, Jhybo went solo taking full responsibility of his several released projects.

In 2014, Jhybo created his own record label Lima Sound (Living In Movement Always) which confirmed the rumors that he’s evicted Bay Production.
